A little girly (and possibly would-be feminist) asks her dad what the heck is up the gender-setting pinkwashing of girl’s toys: “Why does all the girls have to buy pink stuff and all the boys have to buy different-color stuff? Some girls like princesses and some like superheroes!”

[I wasn’t TOTALLY shielded from the pinkwashing since I did have my Barbie dolls, which I sold off when I was 13, but having a tomboy sister meant I could share her toy gun. PEW PEW PEW!]
